This three hour workshop is based on Jeff's book, The Silverback Gorilla Syndrome, where he describes traditional, dominant masculinity as a 400 pound gorilla, run amok. Rather than kill the gorilla, he suggests we get to know the big guy, learn to appreciate his primal exuberance and turn him into an ally rather than an enemy.
